ProjectsIn order to extend the Indo-European co-operation, very active in the fields of physics and mathematics, to the applications of mechanical sciences and computer science, since 1999 the Società Indologica has coordinated a three-year project co-financed by the European Commission. In the last few years two major inquires have been initiated by the Società Indologica: a project dedicated to the Indian studies between XIX and XX centuries, with particular reference to Luigi Pio Tessitori; and a research concerning the Indian contributions to the formation of modern science, including an annotated bibliography. |
